Unfortunately, we could not see there editing and proofreading solutions. This means that you need to search for a different service to edit your paper professionally. Also, in the Dissertations section they do not offer writing solutions on a chapter by chapter basis. Students who need help only with the Introduction, Methodology, Conclusion or Bibliography pages, cannot get the help they need here. You need to order a full Dissertation paper.
Quality level, Plagiarism
Before actually placing an order with them, we asked for a Dissertation sample. They have a Samples section where you can ask to see samples of different academic papers. We checked out two different Dissertation papers, and we did not like them. The papers were not edited well, they did not contain any high value resources and references and there was even some plagiarism present.
We asked them why the papers contain plagiarism and the answer was that they promise to deliver only 100% plagiarism free papers to their customers. Unfortunately, even the papers you order contain plagiarism and this is unacceptable. This company failed at both quality provided and the plagiarism section.
Delivery
Pro-papers promises to deliver each and every order by the requested deadline. However, they missed our deadline for the Dissertation paper with 6 days. We clearly specified they should be careful about our deadline because it is a highly sensitive matter. Even so, they missed the deadline and they sent us a messed up paper:
- Too many grammatical errors denoting the paper was not written by a native English writer
- Contained plagiarized content
- Editing was almost nonexistent
- No references/ bibliography pages, even though a Dissertation must contain these chapters too
Pricing, Payments
They do not offer varied payment methods. They accept a few widely known cards, but not too many e-wallet options. Most students like to get peace of mind and use the e-wallet options for security reasons. Next, prices are too high, because one page of Dissertation writing can cost even $50 or more, and when you need to order 200 pages than the price is too expensive.

Customer service is also very poor. We tried to discuss to a customer service representative and it took us one hour until someone finally answered via the chat option. They don’t have a phone number where you can call in case you need an essay or Dissertation chapter on an urgent basis. The role of these writing services is to serve students on an immediate basis and ensure that they have a highly responsive customer service for immediate help and assistance.
Discounts
We were stunned to see that the Discount section does not exist. They don’t offer any types of discounts, not even the customary 15% off for first time orders or the scale based discounts for loyal customers. Most top reliable companies offer 5%, 10% or 15% instant discounts depending on the number of pages you order. For example if you order a Dissertation which is a complex and long academic paper you should always receive at least 15% from the total cost.
They also do not offer freebies such as free title page, free bibliography, free annotations or free editing. Instead they offer what is called “free inquiry”. As we understand it, this is nothing more than the fact that you are allowed to ask them “for free” how much your paper would cost or if they can complete a certain order. The “free inquiry” is actually free everywhere on the planet.

Our overall experience with this writing service says that you should not place your orders here. When you need such an important academic paper as a Dissertation you should carefully choose the provider.
