However, from the home page it is extremely difficult to even find the section where they offer Dissertation writing services. Also, they do not offer any free samples that you could check out to see the quality before ordering. There is no separate section available with the services offered, but there is an order form that you can use to buy papers.

Each top reputable writing company enlists a separate section with all the writing services offered. At CoolEssay you cannot find such a list. We checked the drop down menu on the order page and we could see they offer Dissertation writing, Essay writing, Biography writing, Critical thinking, argumentative essays and a few more services. In the Dissertations section, you cannot even select chapter by chapter writing, so you can only order a full paper. From our experience, most students need help with a few Dissertation chapters, and not the entire paper. This writing service does not fulfill the need of the students regarding Dissertation writing.
Quality level, Plagiarism
CoolEssay.net does not offer clear policies against plagiarism. They do not offer the plagiarism guarantee or a free plagiarism report with each paper. We consider this is an extremely bad practice, as students are not reassured that their paper is completely plagiarism free. In fact, we ordered a few Dissertation pages, and our request was denied, saying they only deliver Dissertation papers in full. We consider they offer very low quality services, and you cannot test their services at all before placing a larger order. We ordered a full Dissertation paper which came with low quality editing, several mistakes and also plagiarized content.
